Windows PC: Error 1001 during Installation

If you receive the following error message as you are trying to install Lenzart ROES, follow the steps below to fix.

1. Click the Windows Start button

2. Copy and paste %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp into the search box and hit enter.

3. Look in the folder for 3 files: RWSCleanup.dll, RWSCleanup.InstallState, and RWSCleanup.txt

4. Select all 3 files and delete them. This will NOT effect any current ROES installations. These are files mistakenly left over by a previous installation.

5. Re-run the Lenzart ROES installer.
