Prompt turnaround time, consistency and orders you can keep the first time are primary goals at Lenzart. The production schedule listed here is not a guaranteed schedule, as orders may be grouped with others you have in house at approximately the same time. Should you have a specific date that an order needs to be in your hands, please communicate that clearly in the Special Instructions area of Lenzart ROES, and we will follow through. If it is necessary to use a guaranteed shipping service to meet your need by date, the charge for that service will be applied to your invoice.

Printing Services

Basic orders 2 - 3 working days
Albums 4 - 6 working days (based on availability of albums)
Events 4 - 5 working days, 48 hour available with reservation
Underclass 7 - 10 working days

Add-on Services

Retouching Add 1 day
Canvas mounts and other special finishes Add 1 day
Scanning cut negatives Add 1 day

Rush Service
If an order needs to rushed, please place a call to Customer Service to make sure production will be able to meet your deadline. If so, we will be happy to rush the order for you, with the following charges applied.

4 to 8 hour turnaround 200% rush charge
24 hour turnaround 100% rush charge
48 hour turnaround (on anything more than basic print) 50% rush charge
