Tip 3:  Be clear in your advertising, whether it's a local ad, a bridal show or a high school senior campaign.  Remember the old WIIFM (What's in it for me?).  Prove that you know your clients by providing a product, service or a bonus that they will just love!  Not sure what that is?  Ask them!  Have an impromptu focus group or breakfast meeting to ask their advice.  They'll want to make their opinion pay off for you!

Tip 4:  Now is the time!  Give them a reason to call, stop in, say "yes" or book that appointment now!  Make it easy, make it fun (a pleasant voice on the phone is a must!) and make it an attractive offer until a specific date.  Create some urgency in your offer or they'll never "get around to it". 

Tip 5:  Re-evaluate and reward!  Is all your hard work paying off?  Check its pulse, re-evaluate and change something if need be!  Once again, ask your clients what they like and don't like about the experience and the offer you've extended.  If it's really all working very well, reward those clients that gave you advice.  They'll probably refer even more business to you.
