L.E.O. (Lenzart Electronic Ordering)

System Requirements

    There are only minimal system requirements to run this software.  As with any program, the faster the computer, the faster and more efficient LEO will run.  You do need a broadband internet (DSL or Cable) connection since LEO will use your connection to upload the orders to us.

PC users - You must have Win2000/WinXP/Vista installed on your PC.  We also recommend at least 1 GB of RAM.

MAC users - You must have at least OS 10.5 installed on your MAC.  We also recommend at least 1 GB of RAM.

All users -  You need JAVA installed on your system since that is what LEO uses to run.  You will be prompted automatically to download and install JAVA before installing the LEO system.

Instructions for Installing

1.  Click on the web link to install Java below.  If on a PC download Windows Offline version only.  If on a mac goto software update in your apple menu and check for updates.

2.  After JAVA is downloaded, doubleclick the installer and step through the installation until it is finished.  Then return to this page and click the second weblink to install LEO .  

3.  When LEO installs it will prompt you to add a shortcut to your StartMenu and Desktop.  Do so and you will never have to click the link below to open LEO again.

5.  With LEO open click the 'Customer Information' button.  Fill in the fields with the correct information.  For 'Name' use your studio name, and for 'Account Number' use the account number you have with Lenzart.

6.  Call us at 1-800-826-2624 to get yout FTP Account and FTP Password information.
