Lenzart ROES is an easy to use, simplified electronic ordering tool available to you at no charge. The beauty of Lenzart ROES is that it can perform many different functions for you quickly and easily, whether you are using a mac or a PC.
Training is often accomlished best in a series of steps, followed up by practice, trial and error and FREE TRAINING from the lab.

  • Free phone training...just about anytime. We strongly suggest that you download Lenzart ROES, download and read the instructions and then play with it a bit. Once you're ready (questions on hand!) call the Customer Service team at Lenzart and get some phone training.
  • Different needs are addressed - we always suggest you take things a step at a time, so...call us once for basic ordering, again when you're ready for free design help, and maybe again when you want to order your first event.  We'll show you tricks on each!

System Requirements - Cross Platform

There are only minimal system requirements to run this software.  As with any program, the faster the computer, the faster and more efficient Lenzart ROES will run.  You do need a broadband internet (DSL or Cable) connection since Lenzart ROES will use your connection to upload the orders to us.

PC users - You must have WinXP/Vista/7 installed on your PC.  We also recommend at least 1 GB of RAM.

MAC users - You must have at least OS 10.5 installed on your MAC.  We also recommend at least 1 GB of RAM.

All users -  You need JAVA installed on your system since that is what Lenzart ROES uses to run.  You will be prompted automatically to download and install JAVA before installing the Lenzart ROES system.

Instructions for Installing
  1. Click on the web link to install Java below.  If on a PC download Windows Offline version only.  If on a Mac go to software update in your apple menu and check for updates.
     
  2. After JAVA is downloaded, double click the installer and step through the installation until it is finished.  Then return to this page and click the second weblink to install Lenzart ROES. 
     
  3. When LEO installs it will prompt you to add a shortcut to your StartMenu and Desktop.  Do so and you will never have to click the link below to open Lenzart ROES again.
     
  4. With Lenzart ROES open click the 'Customer Information' button.  Fill in the fields with the correct information.  For 'Name' use your studio name, and for 'Account Number' use the account number you have with Lenzart.
     
  5. Call us at 1-800-826-2624 to get your FTP Account and FTP Password information.
