We'll call you on order questions, we'll answer your calls in person, we'll respond to any issues that may require feedback.
Whether it's camera help, ROES training, or free marketing help, we love the opportunity to deal with you.
ONE ON ONE! So please, we encourage you to call us anytime during business hours. We'd love to be of assistance and promise to make you our priority.
Face to Face
We love to meet clients face to face when at all possible! It's a great way to build rapport and it's also a chance to gain a better understanding of your individual needs and preferences.
If you're ever traveling through our area, and care for a tour, please just ask we'd be delighted to show you around.
If you're in the New England area, keep in mind that our lab representative Peggy Hatfield, travels in all of New England on a frequent basis and may be able to pay you a visit! Peggy has a tremendous studio background as well as lab sales. Her marketing assistance has helped many studios get on the right track.
Outside of New England, we have many geographic areas that we visit personally and would make every effort to do so if the opportunity arises.
In addition, we often attend state conventions, regional conventions and photographic meetings and seminars. Please express interest in a personal visit if that would help you in your consideration of Lenzart as your professional lab partner.
